In this section, you will find all accounts that have been listed with us. You may notice that accounts have been combined into Account Groups. If this is the case, then we (or the creditor) have determined that these accounts are best accessed as a group. Transactions will be applied against these groups rather than against single accounts.
Accounts groups may be in one of several statuses.
- Active - The account group is currently active and may be paid on
- Contact Us - The account group requires direct contact with the agency before a payment can be made
- Paid In Full - To the best of our knowledge, the account has been paid off. It is possible that additional information from the creditor may change this status in the future
- Settled - We have reached an agreement to settle the account, and the parameters of this agreement have been met. The account may be considered closed.
In this section, you will find all payments currently pending on your account. These payments are not finalized and have not yet affected any account balances. The system will consider these amounts when you are making a payment. You may notice that accounts have been combined into Account Groups. If this is the case, then we (or the creditor) have determined that these accounts are best accessed as a group. Transactions will be applied against these groups rather than against single accounts. You may also notice that some payments are "Unapplied". This means that it has not yet been determined to which accounts the payment will apply. When the payment is applied, it may be split among the other accounts in the account group.
In this section, you will find the history of all payments made on the accounts that are currently listed with us. If you have recently made a payment and it does not appear on this page, the payment may still be pending. Payments that increase the balance of the account will appear with a negative amount. If a payment has been reversed, it will appear in gray with a note on why the payment was reversed. Payments to individual accounts may be pieces of a larger payment made to the group. If a larger payment has been split and paid to several accounts, it will be noted in the comment.
